Red Country Music Festival 2026 – Terms & Conditions of Entry
By attending Red Country Music Festival 2026 (“the Event”), all patrons agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions.
1. General Entry Conditions
1.1 Entry to the Event is free; however, registration may be required for entry.
1.2 The Event organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person from the Event site at their discretion.
1.3 All attendees must comply with directions from Event staff, security personnel, emergency services, contractors and venue management at all times.
1.4 Entry is at the attendee’s own risk.

2. Bag Checks & Security Screening
2.1 All bags, eskies, containers, prams and personal belongings are subject to inspection upon entry.
2.2 By entering the Event, patrons consent to security screening and bag checks conducted by authorised personnel.
2.3 Refusal to participate in security screening or bag checks may result in denied entry.
2.4 Prohibited items may be confiscated.

3. Alcohol & Drug Policy
3.1 This is a strictly alcohol-free and drug-free Event.
3.2 Alcohol is not permitted within the Event site.
3.3 Any person found in possession of alcohol, illegal substances or drug paraphernalia may be refused entry or removed from the Event.
3.4 Persons deemed intoxicated, under the influence of drugs, aggressive or behaving anti-socially may be refused entry or removed immediately.

4. Prohibited Items
The following items are prohibited:
- Alcohol
- Illegal drugs or substances
- Glass bottles or containers
- Weapons of any kind
- Fireworks or flares
- Laser pointers
- Drones or unauthorised aerial devices
- Dangerous goods or hazardous items
- Offensive signage or materials
- Any item deemed unsafe by Event organisers or security
Event organisers reserve the right to confiscate prohibited items.
5. Children & Minors
5.1 Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
5.2 Parents and guardians remain responsible for the behaviour and safety of minors attending the Event.
6. Behaviour & Conduct
6.1 Patrons must behave in a respectful and safe manner at all times.
6.2 Aggressive, abusive, discriminatory or unsafe behaviour will not be tolerated.
6.3 Fighting, harassment, vandalism, crowd surfing, climbing structures or unsafe conduct may result in immediate removal from the Event.
6.4 Patrons must not enter restricted or backstage areas unless authorised.
7. Weather & Event Changes
7.1 The Event is an outdoor Event and may proceed in varying weather conditions.
7.2 Event organisers reserve the right to alter programming, artists, schedules, activities or Event timings without notice.
7.3 In the event of severe weather, emergency, safety concerns or circumstances beyond reasonable control, the Event may be delayed, suspended, cancelled or evacuated.
8. Medical & Emergency Situations
8.1 Patrons must follow all emergency procedures and directions from Event staff, security or emergency services personnel.
8.2 If required, Event organisers may arrange medical treatment or emergency assistance for patrons.
8.3 Attendees are responsible for their own health and wellbeing while attending the Event.
9. Photography & Media Consent
9.1 By entering the Event, patrons consent to being photographed, filmed or recorded.
9.2 Event organisers may use images, video and recordings for promotional, marketing and media purposes without compensation.

10. Personal Property
10.1 Patrons attend the Event at their own risk.
10.2 Event organisers are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged personal belongings.
10.3 Patrons are responsible for the security of their own property.
11. Liability
11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Event organisers, venue owners, sponsors, contractors, staff and volunteers are not liable for:
- Personal injury
- Loss or damage to personal property
- Delays, interruptions or cancellation of the Event
- Any indirect or consequential loss arising from attendance at the Event
11.2 Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under Australian Consumer Law.
12. Accessibility & Safety
12.1 Patrons must wear appropriate clothing and footwear at all times.
12.2 Smoking and vaping are only permitted in designated areas where applicable.
12.3 No animals are permitted on site, excluding registered assistance animals.
13. Acceptance of Terms
By entering the Event site, all patrons acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
